In light of the roadmap to normality that the Government has issued, we are working towards re-opening our doors in July.  With this in mind we are producing covid-19 risk assessments and plans to ensure the safety of our staff and guests.  We are closely following all government recommendations and standards and will ensure these are in place prior to opening.

Please note, if you have had to cancel a stay due to covid-19 and paid a deposit this can be moved to a future date within 12 months of the original booking date.

For all non-refundable bookings, and those who have paid in advance, we are happy to transfer all monies paid towards a future booking (the stay must be within 12 months of the original booking date). We will, of course, offer the best available rate at that time.

In the medium-term we have changed our cancellation policy for any new bookings.  These can now be modified up to 72 hours before the arrival date.  Hopefully this will give you a little peace of mind in these uncertain times.
